ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
ALL-IN PRICING
In accordance with OMVIC advertising standards, the price advertised for each vehicle is the full price payable to the dealer, excluding only HST and licensing fees. No additional dealer fees, administration fees, or other charges are added at the point of sale beyond the advertised price. All vehicle listings and availability are subject to change without notice.
MANDATORY DISCLOSURES
As an OMVIC-registered dealer, we provide all mandatory disclosures in writing before the completion of any sale. This includes disclosure of any accident or structural damage exceeding $3,000, prior use (such as daily rental or taxi), and any other material facts required under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002.
NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Ontario law does not provide a cooling-off period for the purchase of a motor vehicle. Once you sign a contract of purchase and sale, it is legally binding. We encourage you to ask all of your questions and review the vehicle and contract fully before signing. (A buyer may have additional remedies if a dealer fails to make a required disclosure.)
CAMVAP
Rodney's Auto Sales and Parts participates in the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP), a free, impartial arbitration service available to consumers for certain disputes about vehicle defects or alleged non-compliance with the manufacturer's warranty. NO WARRANTIES
This website is provided on an 'as is' basis. Rodney's Auto Sales and Parts makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rodney's Auto Sales and Parts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.

Rodney's Auto Sales and Parts is registered with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) and operates in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002 and all applicable provincial regulations.
